All products shipped from our warehouse undergo a strict quality check before packaging to minimize any defective items being dispatched. Damaged Goods / Pilferage

Please do not accept the package if there are any signs of tampering or repacking. You can reject the delivery, and the package will be returned to us in its original condition. If the packaging appears intact but you find a product missing or damaged after opening, do not worry. Kindly send photos of the contents to rudrapalghar@gmail.com, and we will assist you with a suitable resolution.


Returns

All products are dispatched after strict quality checks. However, if the product received has any manufacturing defect or malfunction, please share images or videos with our customer care team at rudrapalghar@gmail.com. We will review the issue and take the necessary corrective steps. The product will be picked up from your address. Please ensure the product is unused and returned with original packaging. The amount paid will be credited back to your original payment method, or we can offer store credit of the same value for future purchases.


Cancellation After Payment

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are shipped the next day. We will assist you with alternate product options. Any price difference will either be refunded or collected via a payment link.

Terms & Conditions of Return / Exchange Policy

  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after receiving the unused product and completing a quality check. Ensure all original boxes, covers, and accessories are included.
  • Fountain pens with inserted cartridges or converters (regardless of usage) are not eligible for return.
  • Fountain pens that have been nib-tuned as per specific instructions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Rudra Stationery reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time to improve customer service.
